I booked a connecting room at the Saralago Hotel : check in Apr 04 2012 for 3 nights. checked in got keys to our room, there was no connecting rooms, when back to the front desk, got another sets of keys, there was not connecting room again, the small beds and room was very gross looking, went back to the front desk for the 3rd time and got a lot of run -a- run, by this time we were very pissed and tired, she sends us to another room which she said was connected but someone was already their. we went back to the desk and after waiting we... read full review »
