Prior to signing with Verizon / Direct TV package plan, we were assured by both, multiple telephone calls made to both parties to verify, confirm, be assured there would be no hidden costs or price increases. Now 12 months later all the charges are rising. Since they did not uphold their agreement with us, why do I have to hold the agreement with them (without paying fees)? Is this not considered a scam if I had lied to others related to "package deal", so why is it not a scam when they do it? Is there any where I can turn to for help? read full review »
