This company is horrible. I have an 800 credit score and STILL had to get someone to cosign a loan for me. I was just approved for a home loan in San Diego however I couldn’t get a 10k student loan from them without someone to cosign for me. LOL. Then, they don’t send me any correspondence regarding interest accrual or payments due, instead they send it all to my father who cosigned the loan for me. I tried contacting customer service and of course after a 20 minute hold time, they connect me to some MORON in India. I HATE Sallie Mae and I am doing my best to pay off this loan quickly and to never deal with them again! read full review »
