If you are thinking about switching to Direct TV like I did, DON'T. The installation is horrendous, hidden fees everytime you call, service is the worse and then you are stuck for 2 years. Never got our rebate and referal money. When you call they will tell what you want to hear and then send a letter a month letter taking it all back. The red tape you have to go through in order to speak to someone in charge is amazing. Can't wait until my contract is up to get rid of them once and for all. read full review »
