Last week we recieved a notice that one of our accounts had bounced. It is an account that is never used except for certain expenditures so we don't keep very much money in it. When we investigated, we found that Cricket had billed our account $5.00. When we called Cricket, they claimed that they have no idea what the charge was for, nor who authorized it.
