I was greeted warmly and was addressed after requesting a Sales Associate to assist me. The discussion lead to several room makeover as a phased approach--to begin with the Dining Room. The Sales Associate was very eager to assist; scheduled several in-home visits on their calendar. Upon running a credit check which showed the current availability of a $10, 000 credit line, the mood and attitude change dramatically.
