I have been paying for HD service since October of 2008, ( 18 months). A technician sent by Dish Network to upgrade the dish alerted me to the fact that the switch originally installed outside (33) is not a high definision switch ( which should be switch 44) and therefor I have never had HD service. I called customer service and asked to be refunded for the services they have never rendered and yet billed for.
