wow I have been a customer of virgin mobile for over 3 years and i can tell you that’s its been the last 3 years of hell... 70% of the time I top-up $60.00 to my phone and now they are charging me $3.68 for tax service after I pay tax at the store to bye there top-up card that does not make any sense to me. so if anyone knows how I can file a sue against them please let me know this is not right I even recorded some of the conversation with the customer service after they hung up the phone on me 5 times also found out they are in the... read full review »
