Two weeks ago, I went into a Walmart Store. They did not take my check. They gave me the number to call your company to find out why. I called. Your records showed that I have an account with AFG Federal Credit Union in Kingsport, Tn. Your people told me to call your 800 number to find out what was going on. I did. I spoke with a lady and she looked up the problem. It was my drivers license number. You showed that I have an account with AFG. I do not. My mother Edna Perkins does.
