i completely payed off my computer before i even asked them to send it to me. and when i bought it they promised thet would send me a printer and a web camera with it. the first time i called blue hippo they said i would have it in about six weeks. when i called the third time - on october 23, 2009 / they said they were sorry i would have it in two weeks - it is now april 12, 2010 and i still have not received neither of the items i was promised.
