Good Day. I have taken my BMW car for Hand breake issue, date 11/03/2010. The repair work take far longer than expected but i had no option other than waiting untill they finish the car. I have received my car on 25/03/2010 after long procedure of follow up by phones, and regardless the endless number of unkept promisses to get the job done by... and so on.
