On 01/19/2010, I signed up for a kit knowing the charge would be $1.95. I checked my account on 01/20/2010 and there was a charge for $57.61, which happens to be the same charge I've seen from all the other complaints. I called 866-360-7227 and spoke with the rep and she said she would send me a refund request form via email (which didn't take any time at all).
