This website is apparently affiliated with a lot of other sites out there with different names. It is a scam, they claim to be able to get you personal records, such as, birth, death, driving history, people search etc.. All they do is collect your money and reroute you to another website, mainly Intelius, who wants you to join their site at their prices.
