Without doubt the worse customer service experience I have ever had. Spent £2000 buying bedroom furniture, not only did it arrive 2 days later than promised (inconvenience of having to take days off work) but I was not kept informed of this either. When the furniture arrived the people assembling it hardly spoke any English. I dont have anything against this but they couldnt understand where in the room I wanted it assembled & the layout. They assembled it in the wrong place which meant I was unable to move the items due to them... read full review »
