Overstock Deals.com is a rip off. First when ordering they tell you "free shipping". Well when you order your product (kitchen faucet), and it's not what you thought, try returning it. First the say call for a return fax label, then when you call the number is not available to take messages and the return website is down. After muliple days of calling I finally get someone who states, there is a restocking fee of 15% and you must now pay shipping charges. Finally, when all is returned it still takes over a month to get a refund! Bottom line - dont purchase from them, horrible customer service! read full review »
