Terrible Technical Support. My computer had issues so I called and paid for support. The tech guy had me run a disc drive test which came out error free! He immediately said it was the disc and I needed two new discs because both my discs were bad. He then proceeded to try and sell me a host of other hardware and software products. If I listened to him I would have not only had to purchase new discs but reinstall my operating system, all my programs and data. A total nightmare.
