Same as everyone else. Order free trial, cancelled within trial period and got confirmation number. Then, unauthorized charges started showing up on my CC. It's several hundred dollars now. I have no idea how to remedy this since none of their ads and emails contain a phone number that will take me to anyone who really works for the company or has authority to reverse charges. Guess it's time to deal with this the old fashioned way - write a letter, to them and a lawyer. read full review »
