i purchased 2 pairs of ugg boots. i have received them more than 1 month later and boots are face. boots are made poorly and it is possible to see that they are not original ugg products. when i tried to return my order they did not wanted to listen to me and all they told me is that the boots are real and they would not take them back read full review »
