Purchased a Motorola W376g phone, which has a camera. After taking several pictures, I found I could not download these pictures. Went to Wal-Mart where I purchased the phone and was told they did not carry the USB cord I needed. Went to Best Buy and spent $29. to purchase USB cord and software. Downloaded softeware and found that it does not support this phone. Called Trac Phone, (got India) they could not tell me what to do, Have called them 6 times and spoke to supervisor, basic answer (that I could understand) was that they do not support this phone and have no idea of how I am to get the pictures off the phone.
