Received a call from 876-369-9168 - for my husband who is 81 yrs old. He was told that he was going to be sent a package from UPS - that he had won $$million - the accent was very thick and he could not understand what she (Mrs. Wilson) was saying. He hung up. I called back and asked the name of the company - same woman with thick accent - I asked her to spell it and she did - Winner International Circle.
