The City of Cocoa has made an entrance to a Conservation Area (a Park) right outside of my home in a closed in Subdivision In December 2009, construction started pulling water out of the ground for 2 weeks for a lift station, heavy equipment banging on the ground in front of my home, digging 10 ft deep, 10 ft wide, 50 or more ft long.
