We flew American Airline from Miami to St. Lucia on January 10, 2010 The interior of the plane was dirty and the upholstery was falling apart to compound matters the staff were rude. But even more grievous, was my husband purchased a beer and paid with a $20.00 bill. The flight attendant (either from Puerto Rico or Central America with an accent and dark hair) never brought the change.
