This is a complaint filed with the Yellow Cab Company of Houston and to the Texas Attorney General: To Whom It May Concern: I am following up on a phone call I made at 3 p.m. to your office, concerning Yellow Cab #1459. Traveling past Minute Maid Park, 59 South, around 2:45 p.m., I witnessed the Yellow Cab driver veer into the left lane, forcing a motorcycle rider into the left shoulder.
