The boost unlimited plan completely sucks. There are thousands of free ring-tone sites out there and boost unlimited customers can not access any of them. You make us pay 2.99 for a ring-tone and we can get the same ring-tone on another site for a cheaper price and not only that we get it for a better quality as well. Your text messaging service is crap. It takes about 3-4 minutes to send a text and receive a text. Whats the damn deal. You offer people such a great service and then when you get that service its crap. you are the worst company i have ever had to deal with. read full review »
