I purchased a computer from Cyberpower on 1/26/10. When I received it there was no sound and after being on for several hours the computer locked up and could only be turned off at the power strip. I called and actually got a human being who was very nice and told me to return it. When I didn't receive any communication from Cyberpower as to when I would receive the computer I emailed them several times and got the oddest replies.
