Chase Home Finance is doing a terrible job on loan modifications. They don't want to do them; they have taken the govt. money and told the govt. to take a hike. They are not helping us in need of a modification. Like many others, I have sent my paperwork numerous times and they keep telling me the paperwork was lost and to resend. In the meantime of course, my mortgage payments are getting harder to make and I had to miss them and fell behind and of course accrued all sorts of late fees etc. They don't care!
