I am an AT&T employee. I have had direct TV for almost 3 years. I have had multiple problems since the beginning. I have never ever experienced such horrible customer service and product quality. I don't recommend Direct TV to my enemies Direct TV was not helpful at all offered 5.00 off for 6 months. In this economy and due to competitive market conditions, you would think that Direct TV would fall hand over fist to keep their valued customers but this is not true.
