AT&T U-Verse has created a nightmarish situation for me. Their customer service dept. is incompetent, and they have hijacked my phone and fax, and are unable to fix it. I have been on the phone with them for > 6 hours and have spoken to 18 different people. No one knows what they are doing, and they frequently either lie or hang up on you. If you work for AT&T I'd be looking for another job, because it's impossible to believe that a company that is this poorly run could stay in business for long. read full review »
