I have had my service for 5 weeks. 5 of my 7 TVs don't work despite multiple tech visits. Every tech claims the last one didn't know what they are doing. Today however, I am told that they don't have a fix for my problem except a newer model box but I can't get it because 'they don't do that'. Their solution to me until such time (unclear) as the software on the boxes is updated is for me to unplug each box for 20 minutes and then plug it back in and it will work 'for awhile'.
