On Jan 28 I placed an order for 3 cartons of cigarettes. They offered a discount of $2 per carton if you signed up for scheduled shipments, but website would not allow you to set up schedule. On Jan 29 over $50 was deducted from my account with a promised delivery between Feb 8 and March 10...it's now April 13 and still no delivery. I have emailed (their only method of contact) more than 10 times and have never received a reply. I saw their commercial, called their number, and received a call-back from a jerk. I was told that it would cost almost $3000 and that in CA they could only cover "internal engine parts"...nothing else. When I said that was a rip-off, I was told that they could list me at a friend or family member's address in another state and I could get better coverage...FRAUD they wanted me to commit.
