I had just had my Ford Explorer given the 70, 000 service check at my local Ford Dealership and I received an excellent report with no problems found. I stopped by America's Service Station in Norcross, GA to get an oil change the next day. After a 10 minute wait, the Service Manager came out and said that my Explorer was in "terrible shape"!
