i had them call me from 281-763-0434 on 4-13-10 and told me his name was jeff scott and said that the company had deposited money into my account and went to pay it back and there was none. i talked to a civil lawyer (a real one) and he told me they can't sue you without serving you papers. they told me that they had an affidavet that spelled out the charges. they wanted a lawwyer fax number to fax it to them. he read it to me but did not want to answer any questions. read full review »
