Requested repair/replacement recommendations for a thermostat. No response; just repeated request for information. Now they claim I may have at least 2 questions pending. It has been at least 72 hours and no corrective action response. I don't believe they provide any service. Probably located in Nigeria, India, or Pakistan. read full review »
