On February 2, 2009, I accepted an offer from a company named Magazine Burst, (as part of a promotion to receive a free laptop), to subscribe to 5 magazines for a price of $27. Shortly thereafter, (same day), my credit card was charged a total of $93.95 by a company named Publications Max (publicationsmax.com). When I googled the telephone number (888-624-2877) I discovered that the magazine offer was an internet scam. I want a full refund of my money, compensation for my time, and this company to be completely shut down! A class-action lawsuit should be filed against this company. read full review »
