Medco did a “bait and switch”. Upon enrollment they sent me a formulary which included disopyramide phosphate ER at $6 for 90 days mail order. I placed the order immediately upon receiving this formulary. They filled it instead with the non generic version at $173 for 34 days without even informing me. The prescription as written was for Norpace CR 300 mg. This dosage does not seem to be available and is substituted by 100mg x 3 or 150mg x 2.
