To whom it may concern. I have spent over an hour on the phone being transferred to different customer service reps. I then gave up and tried requesting a supervisor. While waiting for a supervisor, I then somehow got transfered to another department. I then gave up. I have been going around in circles now for an hour and a half. My question was easy. What's the warranty on my Sears fence. Also, is there a record of a survey done? read full review »
