I have had Conexis as my COBRA manager for 8 months. They are the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with and they have complete control over my benefits!?!? I have made payments and it takes 5 to 7 days to process those payments on their end. So then they claim that my payment is late. Then they pay the insurance companies late so that services are ended. Thank goodness, I have kept every single confirmation number.
