I have been working at Kohl's for three week's now, and the employee's are pressured to get a certain amount of New credit card applicant. All the Kohl's store's have a competition on Which store gets the most New Kohls credit application's each hour. SO the Managers Hound the employee's to harass the customers with a list of come back's if the customer declines wanting to apply for a card.
