On 8/23/09 I rented a 14' truck from the Thomson Ave, Ventura Ca site.which is close to my new residence. While driving the approximately 50 miles to my former residence the truck lost one of its tie rods, which droped to the ground. I called the emergency number and over an hour later they sent a mechanic. The mechanic reconnected the tie rod and told us to go on with the move. This I would not do.
