In installation of dvr box the tech killed our phone line in some manner. Direct tv will not acknowledge that it was at fault and will not do anything about it but pass the buck. In talking to the employees who answer 1-800-531-5000 both a.m. and p.m. it appears to me that they have been instructed to acknowledge nothing and help with little. read full review »
