Over the last 24 Hours, I have recieved OVER 15 phone calls from a Houston-based Fred Loya office. Even thought my voicemail CLEARLY states that they have reached MAGGIE, they continue to leave messages for a Mr. Arayllo (or something). I have told 3 separate employees to stop calling me, that Mr. Arayllo obviously was mistaken on his phone number, and still the phone calls keep comming. What concerned me the most was that went I said I would be making a formal complaint, the guy on the phone seem as though it was par-for-the-course. Aparently complaints are part of Fred Loya's day-to-day. read full review »
