This man by the name of Natanial Basola Sobayo run a real estate scam business in East Palo Alto California. What he does is he promise to help save your house from forclosure if you are in default in your payment. He get you to sign the deed to him. According to him he will deal with the bank on your behalf and buy the property at a discount then sell back to you or a relative.
