Filed Bankruptcy - collection efforts never ceased. Not only did they not stop trying to collect, they would call every 15 min every 3 hours. Some days, the calls would exceed 30 total calls. I spoke with a CSR to request for the millionth time that that stop contacting me that the calls were ridiculous. The CSR said he was sorry - agreeing that it was absolutely ridiculous, but that is how their system works.
