Extremely shoddy paint work - did not patch cracks or sand. One very sloppy coat of paint with large patches where color was missed. Complaints ignored. Extremely shoddy plumbing work - did not tighten four bolts on two toilets causing leaks and floor damage. As she did not respond to painting complaints, I had to call an outside plumber to fix her work, costing me even more money.
