I purchased 2 suits from MENSUSA via there website and they sent me the wrong size. I contacted them and spoke with a customer service rep who had zero people skills and was totally rude. Eventually, he just hung up on me. I live on the east coast and had no recourse. I also attempted to order a suit by calling MENSUSA and was so pisssed at the salesman that I hung up on him. I have never had to deal with such rude sales people in my life. So I did the next best thing and took my business some place else. I was treated with respect. I hope the BBB investigates and shuts Mensusa down. read full review »
