For those of you receiving multiple calls from citifinancial - educate yourselves on the fair credit laws! If you tell them not to telephone you at work, document that fact. They are not legally allowed to telephone you at work again once they are told to desist. If they call your friends or relatives, ask those people to tell citifinancial not to telephone them again about your account, and they are not allowed to do so.
