I purchased a new 2007 Acura RDX with Michelin Pilot tires. Within 7 months, I experienced two sidewall blowouts while traveling at highway speed. I travel on well maintained and heavily traveled roads. Both times, I was told I must have ran over "something" . Both were large holes in the sidewall. I replaced both tires with more the same tire, bought at the dealer for over $300 per tire. The vehicle takes a hard to find size tire.
