If you have tax issues do not use them to resolve. They will promise you the world up front. They also want their fee of $2, 000 or higher partially up front. I discussed my tax issue with them in depth only to have them drop me two months later with no notice which they claimed to have sent. Of course I was dropped by them right after i made my final payment. It left me totally exposed with the IRS with no representation.
