We have an appointment today to have our riding mower serviced and it was sceduled between 8-12 and it's almost 3:00. Noone had the courtesy to call and let me know that there was a problem. Called customer 3x which in my opinion was a waste of time. I can't believe that they don't have enough people employed so this doesn't happen. I feel like this day has been wasted because the Tech didn't bother to pick up the phone. Very disappointed in Sears. read full review »
