I banked at Countrywide for years with no problems. Not by my choice, accounts got moved to B of A. I went to a branch in LA area to transfer money between 2 accounts. A counter teller did not know what to do, "Please have a seat and wait for someone" OK> After 10 minutes, another woman told me they will mail me a cashier's check to deposit to another account. I told her that does not sound right. Her response, word to word: "I did not have to come out of my office to help you. I could just let you sit in that chair."... read full review »
